Spring is upon us. To Pit Boss this means a new BBQ season. Join us in April at Boyd BBQ Expo and Asheville Farmer’s Market. More to follow.

This coming weekend (2/25-2/26) will be our last weekend at Moonshine Mountain for the year.  We will then begin working on the Boyd BBQ Expo competition, which is April 21, 2012. Please come out and support us.

We have been closed for the last 2 weeks because of the lack of cold weather and snow in the mountains. However, things have changed this week. Cold weather has come to the mountains and we will be opening this coming weekend (1-7-11) at Moonshine Mountain Snow Tubing http://moonshinemountain.com .

Come and join us at Grandad’s Apples http://grandadsapples.com/ every weekend from now until the end of October. We’ll be serving award winning BBQ, Brisket and Ribs!

Pit Boss will be at Grandad’s Apples over Labor Day weekend. We’ll be there from Friday through Monday. After that, we’ll be at Grandad’s every weekend through October. Come see us and enjoy some great BBQ!

Come out and join us for BBQ at the 2011 Burnsville Crafts Fair on August 5th and 6th. If you’ve never been, this is one of the best places to buy local crafts, including pottery, leather goods, wood craft and glass.
