Robert and I are in Unadilla, GA for a BBQ cooking school. You can always learn new things. The evening started off with a catfish supper, hosted by Myron and Faye Mixon.

Pit Boss will be at the Hendersonville Curb Market this coming Saturday, June 5, 2010.  Come join us for lunch from 10:00 – 2:00.

Pit Boss will be at Mud Creek Baptist Church this coming Sunday.
We will be competing in Chicken, Ribs, Butt/Shoulder, Brisket and Dessert.
